This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with Azzaro Home.

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup are available for all qualifying orders at our showroom location:

Pickup orders require 24 hours processing time after order confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. A valid ID and order confirmation are required at the time of pickup.

Shipping Options

We offer standard ground shipping within the United States. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products directly to you.

Shipping times vary depending on product availability, item size, and destination.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $1,000 within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states), unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Orders under $1,000 may incur shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional charges. Please contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value, size, weight, and destination.

Oversized items, large chandeliers, or freight deliveries may require special handling fees and a scheduled delivery appointment.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after your order is placed with additional shipping details, including tracking information when available.

All delivery dates provided are estimates and are given in good faith. While we strive to meet projected delivery timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, supply chain disruptions, or high order volume.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Are There Other Shipping Restrictions?

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • U.S. protectorates
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Military installations (APO/FPO addresses)
  • Diplomatic posts (DPO addresses)

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Azzaro Home is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with alternative options or issue a full refund.
