Refund policy

We want you to be certain of your choice. If a piece is not right for your space, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, uninstalled, with all original packaging and protective materials. Please keep the crating until you are sure, as a return cannot be accepted without it. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, write to us at info@azzarohome.com. Once your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your piece. Returns are sent to: 22766 Ventura Boulevard, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee of 20% is deducted from the refund on accepted returns. For larger fixtures shipped by freight, we will help arrange collection and advise on any associated cost before the return proceeds.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, photograph it — including the packaging — and contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include bespoke and custom-finished pieces, made-to-order fixtures, and final-sale or clearance items, as each is prepared specifically for you. Any such designation is noted on the product page. Fixtures that have been installed or hardwired cannot be returned. We are also unable to accept returns on gift cards. If you are unsure whether your piece qualifies, please get in touch before ordering.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different finish, size, or design, the surest way is to return the original piece and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the one you would like. We are glad to help you choose.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, less the 20% restocking fee. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
