The Opus Halo 13 Inch Wall Sconce brings the illuminated-ring vocabulary onto the wall — a continuous chrome halo of light mounted as a compact vertical composition, the fixture reading as a drawn circle of light rather than a conventional sconce. The polished chrome ring is the design's defining gesture, cool and exact where warmer metals would soften it.
The halo arrangement does specific work that shaded or exposed-bulb sconces cannot. Where most sconces light from a single point or behind a shade, the Opus Halo lights along a continuous circle — the ring carrying an even band of light around its full circumference, the polished chrome catching and doubling that light at its edges. The effect reads as a luminous circle held against the wall rather than a fixture casting light onto it.
